Our products, including FPGA hardware, accessories, software, documentation, and technical data, may be subject to export control regulations and may require authorization for export, re-export, or transfer.
1. Prohibited End Uses
Customers agree NOT to use or resell our products for any of the following prohibited activities:

Development, design, production, or use of weapons, including lethal weapons

Military systems, missile guidance, UAV weaponization, or defense-related activities
-
Nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons programs
-
Any activity restricted under EU, Danish, U.S., or UN export control lists
-
Surveillance, intelligence, or cyber-operations violating human rights
-
Activities supporting sanctioned countries, organizations, or individuals
Our FPGA cards and supporting software are intended for commercial, educational, and lawful engineering purposes only, and must not be used in lethal weapon systems.
2. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from SystemHighway APS–Denmark, the customer certifies that:

They are not located in a restricted, embargoed, or sanctioned country.

They are not an entity or individual listed on EU, Danish, U.S. (OFAC/EAR), or UN sanction lists.

They will not use the products for prohibited end-use applications.
-
They will not export, transfer, or resell the products in violation of applicable laws.

They will obtain any required export or transfer authorizations before exporting the products outside their country.
SystemHighway APS–Denmark reserves the right to request end-user certificates (EUC) when necessary.
3. Denied Transactions
We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders

Refuse shipments

Deny technical support
-
Block license activation
if we suspect:

Export control violations
-
Military or weapon-related usage
-
Sanctioned-party involvement
-
Misrepresentation of end use or end user
4. Customer Certification Requirement
By completing a purchase, the customer certifies:
“I acknowledge that the products purchased from SystemHighway APS–Denmark will not be used, resold, exported, or transferred for any military, lethal weapon, or otherwise prohibited end-use under EU, Danish, U.S., or international export control laws.”

If you become aware of any misuse or potential violation involving our products, you must report it to:
